1. Content Creator / Photographer
Reports To: Communications Director / Club President
Location: Local soccer fields and club events
Overview:
Capture and share the excitement of NBSC’s youth programs by photographing games, practices, and events. Help tell our story online and in newsletters while supporting the club’s community outreach.
Responsibilities:

Attend games, practices, and events to capture photos and short videos

Edit and organize content for social media, newsletters, and website

Highlight players, coaches, and community moments

Collaborate with club leadership to plan content campaigns
-
Maintain a shared content library and ensure proper permissions
Qualifications:
-
Interest or experience in photography or videography
-
Comfortable engaging with families and players
-
Basic editing skills helpful (Canva, Lightroom, phone apps)

Available on weekends or evening events
Time Commitment: 2–4 hours per week during the season

2. Fundraising, Sponsorship & Grants Coordinator
Reports To: Club President / Board of Directors
Location: Remote & On-site
Overview:
Lead NBSC’s fundraising, sponsorship, and grant initiatives to ensure all players have access to affordable, high-quality soccer programs.
Responsibilities:

Reach out to local businesses for sponsorships

Plan fundraising campaigns and events

Research and assist with grant applications

Maintain sponsor recognition and communication
-
Track donations and sponsorship commitments

Collaborate with club leadership to identify funding opportunities
Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable networking with businesses

Interest or experience in fundraising or grant writing is a plus

Reliable, self-motivated, and passionate about youth sports
Time Commitment: 2–4 hours per week

3. Field Supervisor
Reports To: Club President / Director of Operations
Location: Willow Brook Park & other NBSC fields
Overview:
Ensure smooth game-day operations by managing field setups, schedules, and safety checks.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate weekly field schedules for practices and games

Serve as on-site contact during game days
-
Ensure fields are properly lined, equipped, and safe

Communicate with coaches about schedule or field changes
-
Report field or equipment needs to club leadership
Qualifications:
Time Commitment: 3–4 hours per week
Benefits: Support safe, well-organized games and gain leadership experience
4. Referee Coordinator
Reports To: Club President / Referee Assignor
Location: Remote + occasional field presence
Overview:
Manage NBSC’s referee program to ensure games are properly staffed and conducted fairly.
Responsibilities:

Schedule referees for games and confirm availability

Communicate expectations and field changes to referees

Track attendance and assist with payments
-
Recruit and mentor youth referees
-
Address scheduling or referee-related issues
Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience with youth sports or refereeing helpful

Committed to a positive game-day culture
Time Commitment: 2–3 hours per week

5. In-House Recreation Program Director
Reports To: Club President / Board of Directors
Location: Willow Brook Park & NBSC fields
Overview:
Oversee NBSC’s recreational program to ensure players, families, and coaches have a positive experience.
Responsibilities:

Organize team rosters, schedules, and practices

Recruit and support volunteer coaches

Communicate program updates with families

Ensure games are safe, fun, and fair

Plan seasonal events like kick-offs, orientations, and closing ceremonies

Provide feedback on program improvements
Qualifications:

Organized and reliable

Passionate about youth sports and community

Experience in program management or coaching helpful
